Everyday biohacking ABC
Biohacking – a cool-sounding word that actually hides ordinary everyday choices that affect our mental, physical, and spiritual health.
We'll talk about why some interventions work and some don't. We'll look for the first essential step in biohacking—the one that lays the foundation for all the rest. To do this, we'll take a look inside the cell, the brain, and the deepest recesses of the soul.
Foundations of healthy lifestyle
Training on the basics of a healthy lifestyle is a good break from a training day for a rather masculine team.
We talk about important topics through a light-hearted prism of humor, look at the everyday plate, count the steps, clarify the difference between recreational sports and folk sports, and discuss how to stay young, healthy, and sharp.
Burnout
Burnout is one of the possible paths back towards yourself.
Burnout was first defined in 1974 by Herbert Freudenberger: “Burnout is a decline in motivation or incentive, especially in a situation where a person's commitment to an activity or relationship does not produce the expected results.”
During the training, I will talk about how to distinguish burnout from stress and depression; we will take a burnout test; we will discuss how to prevent it and how to help yourself out of burnout if you are currently experiencing it.
We will take a look at different biohacking options – nutrition, technology, exercise, etc. We will see what to do when you have time and what to do when you don't.
